Prof. Niwat SrisawasdiDr. Niwat Srisawasdi is currently an assistant professor at the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and he is in charge of Deputy Dean for Research and Creative Educational Innovation of the faculty. He was Deputy Director of Institute of Learning and Teaching Innovation (ILTI) at the university. In the Asia-Pacific Society on Computers in Education (APSCE), he is an elected executive committee, a representative of Thailand. Currently, he is also a Chief of Technology (CTO) and advisory committee for Learning Engineering and Development (LED) Co. Ltd.

Chawadol SriboonpimsuayMaster's degree student from department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. His work will mainly focus on informal science learning and implementation of Citizen Inquiry and Citizen Science to target the unresolved environmental issue - the plastic pollution. By using the methodology and pedagogy acquired from this project, his work would gain significant potential to solve the particular issue and raise the awareness in environmental problem in youths and pre-service teachers along with increasing the technological literacy of the public to be the ideal global citizen.

Anggiyani Ratnaningtyas Eka NugraheniAnggiyani Ratnaningtyas Eka Nugraheni is a Ph.D. student at the Science Education Department, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She is also a lecturer at the Chemistry Education Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Yogyakarta State University, Indonesia. Her research interest is educational technology in Chemistry (e.g., E-learning/Blended Learning in Chemistry). Lately, she has paid attention to informal science learning and implementation of Citizen Inquiry and Citizen Science to target the unresolved environmental issue (i.e.plastic pollution). Through the methodology and pedagogy acquired from this project, she expects her work to gain the significant potential to solve the plastic pollution issue and raise the youths' and pre-service teachers' environmental awareness. Besides, this project also expected to enhance the publics’ technological literacy to be the ideal global citizen.

Arum AditaArum Adita is a Ph.D. student at science education, Education Faculty Khon Kaen University. Besides, she is a lecturer at biology education Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Indonesia. Her research interest is educational technology in biology teaching and learning. Currently, her work focuses on implementation citizen inquiry to develop pre-service teachers’ skills through the environmental issues—plastics/microplastics pollution. The research contributes mainly to the instructional design and development of citizen science and can help the teachers develop suitable teaching materials and learning strategies for students.
